Terms and Conditions for Withdrawals and Commission Policy
The requested amounts will be transferred by the finance department after confirmation of payment of the 21% commission has been received. This commission is calculated based on the total profit.
It is important to emphasize that this amount cannot be deducted from the account balance, as Handels Nation acts as an intermediary. Only banks are authorized to make any other deductions. Deductions are prohibited, as this could be considered money laundering.
The 21% commission applies exclusively to the client’s total profit and is independent of the amount of the payout received.
If abuse of the terms and conditions is detected, Handels Nation may:
- Cancel all profits generated through the relevant account
- Permanently close the account in question
- Retain any funds tied to fraudulent activity
- Prohibit participation in any future promotional offers

By registering with the brokerage, you receive a time-limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the trading platform, provided you comply with the terms of this agreement. However, once your trading volume exceeds €100,000.00, you are required to purchase an additional license from the brokerage. The reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use of platform materials is strictly prohibited without the brokerage’s prior written consent.
License Termination Conditions
Your access may be suspended or revoked without notice if you submit false or misleading information (e.g., invalid contact details) or violate any platform rules. This may include freezing active positions, deleting account access, or removing content linked to your profile.
Acknowledgment of Trading Risk
By using the Trading Nation website, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with trading without a contract, including the possibility of losses. It is crucial that you fully understand these risks before engaging in any trading activity.
Dispute Handling & Complaint Process
Our goal is to resolve all concerns amicably through direct communication. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, either party may initiate arbitration through the ICC ADR process. All arbitration outcomes are binding and final.
Online Safety & Child Protection Policy
We prioritize online safety and take child protection seriously. Handels Nation does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years old. Our services are designed for adults, and we encourage parents to supervise any minor’s internet use.
